"we taste like chicken." That's about it. Founders ceelow and phos rounded up an eight-person crew (icedmouse, klumzee, k0n, deesink, defunkt, blewcalx, RaYZeR, smurf, plus a slackzor guest) for what looks in retrospect like a coordinated debut and then nothing. Klumzee would surface again in Glue. Slackzor would turn up in Hieroglyphics. The rest dispersed. Aeron is one of dozens of January-2000 launches that left exactly one footprint and slid away, a marker of how easy it had become to assemble a group, ship a multi-format pack, and dissolve in a single news cycle.
